The Mission and Service Endowment Fund is a way of providing continual, growing support for the Mission and Service of The United Church of
Canada.
The fund gives the church a steady and growing source of support now and far into the future, so the essential work that God is calling us to do can continue.
Gifts are held and invested for the long term and a portion of the income from the investment is granted annually to the church in support of its Mission and Service.

The Mission and Service Endowment Fund is for long-term support. Gifts are held and invested and the investment income is granted to Mission and Service each year.
Mission and Service gifts are spent annually on the programs and organizations that carry out the ministries of the United Church of Canada.
Gifts to the Mission and Service Endowment Fund ensure the sustainability of the work of the church. That is exactly what an endowment fund is supposed to do: provide resources so that this vital ministry can continue and have a steady source of support now and into the future.
